TRC mission plan
"He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name." ~Psalm 147:4
Expanding the TRConstellation
Tennessee Robotics Center's Strategic Stars Mission Plan charts an ambitious course for expanding engineering education across Middle Tennessee, with five guiding stars illuminating our path toward impacting 5,000+ students annually by 2030. Like the stars in a constellation, each strategic element—Program Excellence, Geographic Expansion, TRCamp Innovation, Community Impact, and Operational Excellence—works in harmony to create a powerful educational network that will span from our Murfreesboro flagship to new centers in Nashville, Mt. Juliet, and Franklin. Through this constellation of locations, we'll deliver our comprehensive TRConstellation pathway, transforming curious students into confident engineers while building Tennessee's STEM pipeline with innovative summer camps, school partnerships, and industry connections. By following these Strategic Stars, TRC Education will evolve from a single bright point of excellence into a brilliant constellation of learning centers, each one launching students toward futures as innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders who will shape tomorrow's technology landscape and dare mighty things.
Our Driving Vision: Dare to Explore
To become Tennessee's premier K-12 engineering education network, operating multiple state-of-the-art learning centers that transform students into innovators through TRConstellation's comprehensive pathway, impacting 5,000+ students annually across Middle Tennessee.
Our Mission
We inspire the next generation to Dare Mighty Things through comprehensive engineering education in Technology, Robotics, Computer Science, and Aerospace Engineering, developing confident problem-solvers who will shape tomorrow's technology and make a positive impact on our world.
