TRC approach to learning design

The TRC Seven Stack Method to Learning Design

Every lesson is built like a rocket

NASA doesn’t bolt a rocket together all at once — engineers stack it stage by stage on the launch pad until it’s ready to fly. We build learning the same way. Every module stacks seven activities — Watch, Read, Build, Share, Discuss, Assess, Reflect — and is crowned by the TRCharacter Vector, the character and faith theme that the whole mission carries.

More about us
TRCharacter Vector

“God’s Direction, Your Magnitude” — the payload the whole mission carries.

Reflect

Engineering-notebook reflection — what worked, what didn’t, what’s next.

assess

A knowledge check on the module’s objectives.

discuss

Respond to the module prompt and reply to each other as a cohort.

share

Post your result so the crew can see it, then give a classmate feedback.

build

The hands-on build, code, or design challenge — submitted by photo or video.

read

Key terms, the core concept, and the real NASA / engineering connection.

watch

Mission briefing — the video lecture that launches the module. Ignition at the base (Watch)  →  orbit at the top (Reflect), with character as the payload.
