1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order through the TRC Gear Shop ("Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, in-person at our facility, or through any TRC sales channels. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.
2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
2.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with or cancel your order.
2.3 Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
2.4 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by Tennessee state law and local jurisdictions.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1 Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. TRC Education, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.3 Local Pickup
Orders may be available for pickup at our Murfreesboro, Tennessee location during regular business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Valid identification may be required.
3.4 International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select items. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country.
3.5 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
4.1 Return Policy
We want you to love your TRC gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
4.3 Return Process

4.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.5 Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
5.1 Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
5.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the TRC Gear Shop, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and images ("TRC Logo," "Dare Mighty Things," "Take Giant Leaps," "TRConstellation," and related marks), are the property of TRC Education, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any TRC intellectual property without express written permission.
7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
7.1 Product Warranties
Products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or be free from defects.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRC Education, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of products from our store.
7.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information collected during the purchase process will be used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication about your order. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your order (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers).

9. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
9.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to modify orders (size, color, quantity) if made before the order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that modifications can be made.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
